This User Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to the Service and the Sites shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of Hannover, Lower Saxony, Germany. Hannover, Lower Saxony, Germany is agreed upon as being the venue for such disputes. In case that a rule being stated in these Terms of Service is not applicable or - as established in a court of law - not legally valid or - due to legal action - without legality, will this fact have no influence on the validity, applicability or legality of any other rule stated in these Terms of Service.
